Rich Gatz - Head Instructor/Zombie Slayer
Rich has a varied background in fitness with over 15 years of strength training and conditioning experience. He is a former Division 1 intercollegiate athlete and began practicing functional fitness in the winter of 2008.
In March of 2009 he discovered parkour and has continued to broaden his mental, physical and athletic horizons as a result. He is an Associate Member of the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and is preparing to take their Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification test.
Rich is also the reason why you've never heard of the The Great Midwest Zombie Apocalypse of 2011, with Joss Whedon, singlehandedly beating back the hord of the undead with nothing but a pair of nunchucks and their mad parkour skills back to the nether-regions of Canada to bring peace to our fair land of Chicago.
For now, at least.
